With 34 years of experience in K-12 education, Dr. Riggins has been a tireless champion for young people. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, she is recognized as a trailblazer for innovation and the development of successful systemic programs. Most recently honored as the 2023 Arkansas ACTE Administrator of the Year, Dr. Riggins brings extensive expertise in curriculum development and career-connected learning. Now retired from K-12 public education, she remains passionately committed to bridging the gap between education and the construction industry, advocating for change that produces positive outcomes, and developing programs that draw young people into the construction field. Dr. Riggins's work is now extending beyond the K-12 setting by forging innovative, high-quality industry partnerships to create pipelines of highly qualified young professionals in the construction industry.
