July Monthly Meeting

Dr. Riggins has served students in the K-12 setting for the past 34 years. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. In June of 2023, Dr. Riggins was named the Arkansas Career and Technical Education Administrator of the Year. Her innovation and passion for workforce education led to the creation of the Vilonia Pathways Academy, where the mission is to expose students to the commercial construction industry. Recently, Dr. Riggins retired from K-12 public education. Her future goal is to focus on supporting programs that attract students to the commercial construction industry throughout the State of Arkansas.
